We are delighted to announce the launch of our latest Limited Edition offering from Tomintoul Distillery.
Tomintoul 17 Years Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish was distilled in 2008 and matured initially in American ex-bourbon oak casks before being finished in the finest Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts from Fernando de Castilla in Andalucía, Spain.
These sherry butts perfectly complement Tomintoul Single Malt by imparting rich fruit flavours, which enhance the character and complexity of our whisky.
The end result is a rich, sweet and fruity whisky, which is has been bottled at 46% abv and is non-chill filtered. This is a limited release of only 9,870 individually numbered bottles.
