Nose	Smoky and intense with aromas of summer barbeques, grilled green pepper, embers and maritime saltiness, lifted with a grassy freshness.
Palate	Layers of peat reek and olive brine intertwine, displaying flavours of streaky bacon, fireplace soot, wood spices and smoke.
Finish	Notes of cigar smoke and liquorice slowly fade into tingly, sweet spices leaving a clove and anise linger on the tongue.
